* As prescribed vide Education Department Resolution: PRE-1112-Single File-7-K, dated: 26/04/2012, this test will be conducted in three mediums namely Gujarati, English and Hindi (copy of the resolution in the medium in which the candidate is scheduled to take the examination). are included in the medium that are eligible.) The application form has to be filled,
* A candidate can appear in any one medium as well as one examination in Mathematics, Languages and Social Sciences.

* શિક્ષણ વિભાગના ઠરાવકમાંક: પીઆરઈ-૧૧૧૨-સીંગલ ફાઇલ-૭-ક, તા:૨૬/૦૪/૨૦૧૨ માં નિયત થયા મુજબ આ કસોટી ગુજરાતી, અંગ્રેજી અને હિન્દી એમ ત્રણ માધ્યમમાં લેવાશે (ઠરાવની નકલ આ • ઉમેદવાર જે માધ્યમમાં પરીક્ષા આપવા માટે નિયત લાયકાત ધરાવતા હોય તે માધ્યમમાં સાથે સામેલ છે.) આવેદનપત્ર ભરવાનું રહેશે,
* ઉમેદવાર કોઇ એક જ માધ્યમ તેમજ ગણિત વિજ્ઞાન, ભાષાઓ અને સામાજિક વિજ્ઞાન પૈકીની એક જ પરીક્ષામાં બેસી શકશે.
અગત્યની સૂચનાઓ:
1. ફોર્મ ભરવાની છેલ્લી તારીખ પછીથી વેબસાઈટ નિયમિત જોતા રહેવું આવશ્યક છે,
2. પરીક્ષા સંબંધી વિગતોથી સતત માહિતગાર થવા માટે http://ojas.gujarat.gov.in અને તે વેબસાઈટ જોતા રહેવાનું રહશે.
૩. ઓનલાઈન અરજીપત્રકમાં દર્શાવેલ વિગતો અંગે રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ દ્વારા ખરાઈ કરવામાં આવતી નથી. આથી વ્યક્તિગત માહિતી, શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત, અનુભવ તેમજ અન્ય વિગત માટે ઉમેદવાર પોતે જવાબદાર રહે છે.
4. આ કસોટી માટે રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ, ગાંધીનગર દ્વારા આવેદનપત્ર ઓનલાઇન ભરાવવામાં આવે છે. અને તેમાં જે માહિતી માંગેલ હોય તે માહિતીની વિગતો ઉમેદવાર દ્વારા છુપાવવામાં આવી હોય અથવા ખોટી માહિતી આપવાનું બોર્ડને માલુમ પડશે તો તેવા ઉમેદવારના પરિણામ રદ કરવાનો નિર્ણય અધ્યક્ષશ્રી, રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ લેશે.
5. ઉમેદવારે પોતે ભરેલ ફોર્મની વિગત સાચી છે તેવું પ્રમાણપત્ર ઓનલાઈન આપવાનું રહેતુ હોઈ જો કોઈ ખોટી વિગત રજૂ કરશે તો તેનુ ફોર્મ રદ થવા પાત્ર બનશે તથા તેની સામે ફોજદારી ગુનો બનશે.
6 વ્યક્તિગત માહિતી, શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત, અનુભવ તેમજ અન્ય વિગતોની ચકાસણી ભરતી પસંદગી સમિતિ દ્વારા કરવામાં આવશે અને આ અંગે ભરતી પસંદગી સમિતિનો નિર્ણય જ અંતિમ રહેશે.
7, અનુસૂચિત જાતિના તેમજ અનુસૂચિત જનજાતિના કિસ્સામાં સક્ષમ અધિકારીનું જાતિ પ્રમાણપત્ર હોવું જરૂરી છે.
8 સામાજિક અને શૈક્ષણિક રીતે પછાત વર્ગના ઉમેદવારો માટે રાજય સરકારે નકકી કરેલા સક્ષમ અધિકારીનું સામાજિક અને શૈક્ષણિક રીતે પછાતવર્ગનું જાતિ પ્રમાણપત્ર તથા સામાજિક અને શૈક્ષણિક રીતે પછાતવર્ગ માટે સામાજિક ન્યાય અને અધિકારિતા વિભાગના તા:૨૬/૦૪/૨૦૧૬ ના ઠરાવ ક્રમાંક:સશપ/૧૨૨૦૧૫/૪૫૫૨૪૬ા અને આ અંગે વખતોવખતના ઠરાવ મુજબનું સક્ષમ અધિકારીનું ઉન્નાવર્ગમાં સમાવેશ થતો ન હોવાનું (નોન ક્રિમીલીયર સર્ટી, પ્રમાણપત્ર મેળવેલ હોવું જોઈએ.
9. શારિરીક અપંગતા(Physically Handicap) ના કિસ્સામાં રાજય સરકારે નકકી કરેલ સક્ષમ અધિકારીનું પ્રમાણપત્ર હોવું જરૂરી છે.
10, ઉમેદવારે વેબસાઈટ પર ઓનલાઇન ભરેલ ફોર્મની પ્રિન્ટ કાઢી તે ફોર્મમાં સહી કરીને જરૂરી આધારો જેવા કે, પરીક્ષા ફી ભર્યાની પે સ્લીપ નકલ, જાતિ પ્રમાણપત્ર, ઉન્નતવર્ગમાં સમાવેશ થતો ન હોવાનું (નોન ક્રિમીલીયર સર્ટી) પ્રમાણપત્ર અને શારિરીક અપંગતા (physically Handicap) અંગેનું પ્રમાણપત્ર પૈકી ઉમેદવારને લાગુ પડતા હોય તેવા આધારો પોતાની પાસે રાખવાના રહેશે, જ્યારે કોઈ જરૂરિયાત ઉપસ્થિત થાય ત્યારે ઉમેદવારે તે રજુ કરવાના રહેશે.
11. જે ઉમેદવારે નિયત પરીક્ષા ફીની પે સ્લીપની રસીદ મેળવેલ હશે તે જ ઉમેદવાર પોતાની કમ્પ્યુટરાઈઝ હોલટિકિટ પોતાનો કન્ફર્મેશન નંબર અને જન્મ તારીખ નાખી ડાઉનલોડ કરી શકશે. 12. ઉમેદવારે હોલટિકિટ ડાઉનલોડ કર્યા બાદ તેની નીચે પાછળ આપેલી સૂચનાઓની વિગતવાર અભ્યાસ કરવો હોલટીકીટ સાથે પરીક્ષા વખતે આપવામાં આવતી OMR શીટનો નમૂનો પણ વેબસાઈટ પર મુકવામાં આવશે. આ OMR શીટના નમૂના પર છાપેલ તમામ સૂચનાઓનો વિગતવાર અભ્યાસ કરવો ખૂબ જ જરૂરી છે. જેથી પરીક્ષા સમયે કોઈ ગુંચવણ ઊભી ન થાય.
13 આ કસોટીમાં જનરલ કેટેગરી માટે વિભાગ-૧ અને ર બંન્નેમાં મળી ઓછામાં ઓછા 60% (90 ગુણ) મેળવેલ હશે તો જ પાસ ગણાશે.
14. અનુસૂચિત જાતિ, અનુસૂચિત જનજાતિ, સામાજિક અને શૈક્ષણિક રીતે પછાત વર્ગ અને શારિરીક અપંગતા (Physically Handicap) ધરાવતા ઉમેદવારોના કિસ્સામાં વિભાગ-૧ અને ૨ બન્નેમાં મળી ઓછામાં ઓછા 55% (82 ગુણ) મેળવેલ હશે તો જ પાસ ગણાશે.
15. આ કસોટીમાં માત્ર ઉત્તીર્ણ હંમેદવારોને જ ગુણાંકન સાથેનું પ્રમાણપત્ર બર્ડ દ્વારા આપવામાં આવશે.
નોંધ: આ પરીક્ષાનું માળખું, પરીક્ષા પધ્ધતિ અને બાકીની સુચનાઓ પરીક્ષા પહેલા સરકારશ્રીના વખતોવખતના ઠરાવો, સુચનાઓ અને જોગવાઈઓને આધિન રહેશે
18. આ કસોટીના પ્રમાણપત્રની અવધિ શિક્ષણ વિભાગના ઠરાવ ક્રમાંક: પીઆરઈ-૧૧૨૦૨૧.સિ.ફા.-૦૭-૭, તા:૨૨/૧૦/૨૦૨૧ મુજબની રહેશે. પરંતુ આ કસોટી આપવા માટે પ્રયત્નોની સંખ્યા નિયત કરવામાં આવતી નથી. ગમે તેટલા પ્રયત્નો આ કસોટી આપવા માટે માન્ય રહેશે એક વખત કસોટી આપી દીધા પછી કોઇપણ ઉમેદવાર પોતાની ગુણાત્મક સુધારણા અને સારા મેરીટ માટે એક કરતાં વધુ વખત પરીક્ષા આપી શકશે અને તેવી સ્થિતિમાં ઉમેદવાર શિક્ષકની ભરતી માટે ટેટ-૨ની પરીક્ષા પાસ કર્યાનું જે પ્રમાણપત્ર રજુ કરશે તે ધ્યાનમાં લેવામાં આવશે.
17. રાજ્ય પરીક્ષા બોર્ડ દ્વારા લેવાઈ રહેલ આ કસોટી બાબતે ઉમેદવારોને લાલચ કે છેતરપીંડી આચરે તેવા અસામાજિક તત્વોથી સાવધ રહેવા જણાવવામાં આવે છે. કોઈપણ પ્રકારાની લાગવગ દબાણ લાવનાર ઉમેદવારને ગેરલાયક ઠરાવીને શિક્ષાત્મક કાર્યવાહી કરવામાં આવશે.
18. ઉકત જાહેરાત અન્વયે વધુ માહિતીની જરૂર જણાય તો કચેરીના ચાલુ કામકાજના દિવસે કચેરી સમય દરમિયાન બોર્ડની કચેરીના ટોલ ફ્રી હેલ્પલાઈન નંબર 1800 233 7963 ઉપર સંપર્ક કરી શકાશે.
19. આ કસૌટી ઉચ્ચ પ્રાથમિક શાળામાં પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષક વિદ્યાસહાયક તરીકે નિમણૂંક મેળવવા માટે જરૂરી લાયકાત પ્રાપ્ત કરવા માટેની છે, આ કસોટી પાસ કરવાથી પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષક વિદ્યાસહાયક તરીકે પસંદગી પામવાનો હક મળતો નથી.

3. The details mentioned in the online application form are not verified by the State Examination Board. Hence candidate remains responsible for personal information, educational qualification, experience and other details.
4. Application form for this test is filled online by State Examination Board, Gandhinagar. And if it comes to the knowledge of the Board that the details of the information sought by the candidate have been concealed or giving false information, then the Chairman, State Examination Board will take the decision to cancel the result of such candidate.
5. The candidate has to give a certificate online that the details of the form filled by him/herself are correct, if any person furnishes false details, his/her form will be liable to be canceled and a criminal offense will be committed against him/her.
6 Personal information, educational qualification, experience and other details will be verified by the Recruitment Selection Committee and the decision of the Recruitment Selection Committee will be final.
7, In case of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes caste certificate from competent authority is required.
8 Caste Certificate of Socially and Educationally Backward Class from the Competent Authority designated by the State Government for Socially and Educationally Backward Class Candidates and Social Justice and Empowerment Department for Socially and Educationally Backward Class Resolution No: SSP/122015/455246 dated: 26/04/2016 And in this regard, the competent authority as per the resolution from time to time should have obtained a non-criminal certificate.
9. In case of physical handicap (Physically Handicap) it is necessary to have a certificate from the competent authority designated by the state government.
10, the candidate takes a printout of the form filled online on the website and signs the form along with necessary documents such as pay slip copy of examination fee payment, caste certificate, non-criminal certificate and physical handicap certificate. The candidate has to keep with him/her the supporting documents which are applicable, the candidate has to produce the same when any requirement arises.
