According to the above subject and reference, among the district transfer applications made by the primary/higher level teachers who want to come from district transfer in Morbi district and are performing duties in other districts, a temporary merit list of pending applications is prepared and distributed including department wise and subject wise enclosures. .
Regarding the above provisional merit list, if any teacher has any objection regarding his/her merit order / any details are eligible to be corrected, he/she has to submit the objection application in this office from the date of issue of this list till 14/11/2022 along with the supporting evidence.
If the objection applications are not submitted after the stipulated time limit/the objection applications which have been submitted, the final merit list will be published for the purpose of the next district transfer camp. Objection applications made after the publication of the final merit list will not be considered.
You are requested to report the above matter to the concerned teachers of the primary schools under your control.
Note: Applications received more than once by an employee are included in the approved list on priority basis and other applications are kept on file.
Provisional Merit List for Transfer of Districts (Departmentwise and Subject wise)
Teachers/Legislative Assistants on duty in primary schools under Morbi District Education Committee have applied for transfer as per the provisions of Resolution 1, Chapter-D, District Transfer and Chapter-1, Aras Paras. The district internal marble purse transfer applications are to be deposited in the office of the Taluka Primary Education Officer within the prescribed time limit as per the instructions below.
Jayabharat to state that according to the above topic, the provisional seniority list of the primary teachers who will be transferred from district to district is published as on 11/11/2022 as on 11/11/2022. It is requested to take action to inform the concerned teachers of your district. Also, if anyone has any objection against this seniority list, they are requested to present in writing in the office with necessary supporting evidences by 19/11/2022. Accordingly, no submission will be entertained after the office hours of 19/11/2022 which is requested to be reported. As per the resolution dated 01/04/2022, in view of the newly added priority issue, if any teacher is yet to apply for priority, it is requested to notify that an immediate proposal be made through the concerned district office. The final list will be released afresh after taking into consideration the objections received against the provisional seniority list.

- ઉપરોક્ત વિષય તથા સંદર્ભ અન્વયે જણાવવાનું કે, મોરબી જિલ્લામાં જિલ્લાફેર બદલીથી આવવા માંગતા અને અન્ય જિલ્લામાં ફ૨જ બજાવતા પ્રામિક/ઉચ્ચ પ્રાર્થાત્મક વિભાગના શિક્ષકોએ કરેલ જિલ્લાફેર બદલી અરજીઓ પૈકી હાલની શ્થિતએ પડતર અરજીઓની કામચલાઉ શ્રેયાનતા યાદી તૈયા૨ ક૨ી વિભાગવાર તથા વિષયવાર બિડાણ સહ સામેલ રાખી પ્રાસ ક૨વામાં આવે છે.
- સદર કામચલાઉ શ્રેયાનતા યાદી બાબતે જો કોઈ શિક્ષકને પોતાના શ્રેયાનતા ક્રમ અંગે વાંધો હોય/કોઈ વિગતોમાં સુધારો કરવા પાત્ર હોય તો, તેઓએ આધાર પુરાવાઓ સાથે આ યાદી પ્રંશ થયેલી તારીખ થી તા.૧૪/૧૧/૨૦૨૨ સુધીમાં વાંધા અરજી અત્રેની કચેરી ખાતે ૨જુ ક૨વાની ૨હેશે.
- નિયત સમય મર્યાદા બાદ વાંધા અરજીઓ રજુ નહિ થયે/જે વાંધા અરજીઓ રજુ થયેલ હોય, તેને ધ્યાને લઇ આગામી જિલ્લાફેર બદલી કેમ્પ અર્થે આખરી શ્રેયાનતા યાદી પ્રસિદ્ધ કરવામાં આવશે. આખરી શ્રેયાનતા યાદી પ્રસિદ્ધ થયા બાદ ૨જુ થયેલ વાંધા અરજીઓ ધ્યાને લેવામાં આવશે નહિ.
- સદર બાબતની જાણ આપશ્રીની કક્ષાએથી આપના તાબા હેઠળની પ્રાર્થમક શાળાઓના સબંધત શિક્ષકોને ક૨વા વિનંતિ છે.
નોંધ : કોઈ કમર્ચારીની એક કરતા વધુ વખત મળવા પામેલ અરજીઓ પૈકી અગ્રતાના ધો૨ણે માન્ય ક૨ી યાદીમાં સમાવેશ કરવામાં આવેલ છે અને અન્ય અરજીઓ ફાઈલે ક૨વામાં આવેલ છે.
જિલ્લાની જિલ્લાફેર બદલી અંગેની કામચલાઉ શ્રેયાનતા યાદી (વિભાગવાર તથા વિષયવા૨)
મોરબી જિલ્લા શિક્ષણ સમિતિ હેઠળની પ્રાથમિક શાળાઓમાં ફરજ પરના શિક્ષકો/વિધાન સહાયકોએ ઠરાવ 1, પ્રકરણ-ડી, જિલ્લા બદલી અને પ્રકરણ-1, આરસ પારસની જોગવાઈઓ મુજબ બદલી માટે અરજી કરી છે. જિલ્લા આંતરિક આરસ પર્સ ટ્રાન્સફર અરજીઓ નીચેની સૂચનાઓના આધારે નિયત સમય મર્યાદામાં તાલુકા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણાધિકારીની કચેરીમાં જમા કરાવવાની છે.
જયભારત સહ ઉપરોક્ત વિષય અન્વયે જણાવવાનું કે, અત્રેની જિલ્લા પંચાયત શિક્ષણ સમિતિ હસ્તકની પ્રા.શાળાઓમાં જિલ્લાફેર બદલીથી આવનાર પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષકોની વિભાગવાર-વિષયવાર તા.૧૧/૧૧/૨૦૨૨ ની સ્થિતિએ કામચલાઉ સિનિયોરીટી યાદી પ્રસિધ્ધ કરવામાં આવે છે. જેની જાણ આપના જિલ્લાના સંબંધિત શિક્ષકોને થાય તેવી કાર્યવાહી થવા વિનંતી છે ઉપરાંત આ સિનિયોરીટી યાદી સામે કોઈને વાંધો હોય તો તા.૧૯/૧૧/૨૦૨૨ સુધીમાં જરૂરી આધાર-પુરાવાઓ સાથે લેખિતમાં અત્રેની કચેરીમાં રૂબરૂ રજૂઆત કરવા જણાવવામાં આવે છે. આ અન્વયે તા.૧૯/૧૧/૨૦૨૨ ના કચેરી સમયબાદ કોઈ પણ રજૂઆત ગ્રાહ્ય રાખવામાં આવશે નહીં જેની જાણ કરવા વિનંતી છે. તા.૦૧/૦૪/૨૦૨૨ ના ઠરાવ મુજબ નવા ઉમેરાયેલ અગ્રતાના મુદ્દા ધ્યાને કોઈ શિક્ષક દ્વારા અગ્રતા મેળવવા અરજી કરવાની બાકી હોય તો સંબંધિત જિલ્લા કચેરી મારફત તાત્કાલિક દરખાસ્ત થાય તેવી સૂચના આપવા વિનંતી છે. કામચલાઉ સિનિયોરીટી યાદી સામે મળેલ વાંધા-રજૂઆત ધ્યાને લઈ આખરી યાદી નવેસરથી બહાર પાડવામાં આવશે.
