ઉમેદવારો દ્વારા વારંવાર પુછાતા પ્રશ્નો સંદર્ભે માર્ગદર્શન

પ્રશ્ન ૧ બી.એડ. અને પીટીસી બંને લાયકાત ધરાવતાં ઉમેદવારોએ ફોર્મ ગુણ ગણવા અંગે

ઉમેદવાર ટેટની પરીક્ષા પહેલા સ્નાતક અને પીટીસી/બી.એડ કરેલા હોય અને ત્યારબાદ જો અન્ય તાલીમી લાયકાત એટલે કે પીટીસી/બી.એડ. કરેલ હોય તેવા સંજોગોમાં ઉમેદવાર પીટીસી/બી.એડ. બંનેમાં થીજે ગુણ દર્શાવવા માંગે તે દર્શાવી શકે છે.

પ્રશ્ન ૨ ડોક્યુમેન્ટ અપલોડ કરવા બાબતે

સ્નાતક/અનુસ્નાતક/બી.એડ. વગેરે લાયકાતોના તમામ સેમેસ્ટર/વર્ષ/પાર્ટની તમામ માર્કશીટ PDF કરીને અપલોડ કરવાની રહેશે. ફોટો અને સહી JPG અને અન્ય વિગતો PDF કે JPG ફોર્મેટમાં અપલોડ કરવી. (જે ઉમેદવારોએ અગાઉ સ્વીકાર કેન્દ્ર પર ફોર્મ જમા કરાવેલ છે તેઓને કોઈ સુધારાની જરૂરિયાત નથી.)

પ્રશ્ન ૩ અરજીપત્રક ઓનલાઈન સબમીટ કરવા બાબતે

ઉમેદવાર પોતાનું અરજીપત્રક એક વખત સેવ કર્યા પછી પ્રિન્ટ કરીને અરજીપત્રક જમા કર્યા પહેલાં જો કોઈ સુધારો કરી ફરી સેવ કરશે તેવા સંજોગોમાં છેલ્લે સેવ કરેલ અરજી જ સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે, એટલે કે ઉમેદવારે છેલ્લે સેવ કરેલ અરજીની જ પ્રિન્ટ જમા કરાવવાની રહેશે. તે સિવાય અરજી સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે નહી.

પ્રશ્ન ૪ ટેટ ડેટા ન મળવા બાબતે.

સૌ પ્રથમ લોગિન થયા પૂર્વે નીચે આપેલ લિન્ક પર જઈ રજિસ્ટ્રેશન કરવું ત્યાર બાદ લોગિન થવું.

પ્રશ્ન ૫ રજિસ્ટ્રેશન વખતે ખોટી વિગતો દ્વારા રજિસ્ટ્રેશન થયા બાદ કે અન્ય ટેટના ડેટા ન મળવાના કિસ્સાઓ અંગે

નીચે મુજબના પ્રમાણિત કરેલા પ્રમાણપત્રો/ગુણપત્રકોની નકલ મળેલ છે.

1. શાળા છોડ્યાનું પ્રમાણપત્ર.

2. જાતિ અંગેનું પ્રમાણપત્ર (SC, ST, SEBC).

3. ઉન્નતવર્ગમાં સમાવેશ થતો નથી તે અંગેનું પ્રમાણપત્ર(SEBC).

4. આર્થિક રીતે નબળા વર્ગના ઉમેદવારો માટે પાત્રતા પ્રમાણપત્ર (EWS).

5. શારીરિક અશક્તતા અંગેનું પ્રમાણપત્ર (PH).

6. માજી સૈનિકનું પ્રમાણપત્ર(Ex.SL).

7. એચ.એસ.સી.ની માર્કશીટ 8. એચ.એસ.સી.નું ટ્રાયલ સર્ટી.

9. TET-1 ની માર્કશીટ.

10. સ્નાતકની માર્કશીટ.

11. સ્નાતકનું ડીગ્રી પ્રમાણપત્ર.

નોંધ:- ઉમેદવારોએ હાર્ડકોપી સાથે ઉપરોક્ત દર્શાવેલ પૈકી લાગુ પડતાં આધારોપ્રમાણપત્રો ઉપર પાન નંબર આપી અરજીપત્ર સાથે ક્રમમાં જોડવાના રહેશે (અરજીપત્ર, ચેકલિસ્ટ અને ફી ભર્યાની પાવતી નંબર આપ્યા સિવાય સૌ પ્રથમ જોડવાના રહેશે.

Guidance on frequently asked questions by candidates

Question 1 

B.Ed. and PTC both qualified candidates regarding the calculation of form marks.

A candidate should have completed graduation and PTC/B.Ed before TET examination and thereafter if other training qualification ie PTC/B.Ed. In case the candidate has done PTC/B.Ed. Both of them can indicate that they want to show the coolness of the guna.

Question 2 

Regarding uploading of documents

Graduate/Post Graduate/B.Ed. All the marksheets of all the semesters/years/parts of etc. qualifications have to be uploaded in PDF format. Upload photo and signature JPG and other details in PDF or JPG format. (Candidates who have already submitted the form at the Admission Center need no correction.)

Question 3 

Regarding submission of application form online

After saving his application form once and printing it before submitting the application form, if any amendment is made and saved again, only the last saved application will be accepted, i.e. the candidate has to submit the print of the last saved application only. Otherwise the application will not be accepted.
